So now the wedding planning begins and I’m sure you’re wondering: Where do I begin?
Planning a wedding is overwhelming and stressful. Don’t stress!
Let me break down my process for you!
The Inquiry
This begins with a simple email or the inquiry questionnaire! This allows me to quickly identify what your needs and package options would be best for you. So after filling out the wedding inquiry form, I will contact you to discuss the details you have provided.
THE CONVERSATION
Usually, this conversation happens over the phone, although I prefer to meet in person with my clients at least once before the engagement session or big day. The initial conversation will involve chatting about your photography dreams and wishes for your big day, what you want out of a photographer, and how my services can fit your expectations and needs.
Lunch, Q& A, and contract signing
This is my favorite- lets get lunch, chat about your big day, get to know each other! This is a big decision, and it’s important we are a good fit! We will chat about your ideas, I can answer any questions you may have, go over the contract together, if we haven’t already virtually. I have tried to make this process as transparent and easy as possible. You won’t find any sneaky hidden fine print about extra charges, and I make a point to go over the contract together so you have full understanding of what you are signing.
THE PLANNING
I love to be included on ideas and unique things you are doing with your big day, engagement session locations, wedding details and I can also help you with other vendor recommendations in the industry, such as DJ, catering and bakery, hair and makeup, catering, and so forth. I get so excited for my couples, watching the day build over time, then being able to capture it. To ensure this goes as smoothly as possible, I include a customized timeline and planning session with each package.
